GN...I had mentioned Fedex because of the FAA-EVS2 approval. The Honeywell Epic/Apex systems are part of the deal...What I mean is that Honeywell produces the whole cockpit as a fly by wire system, which will alow them to do faster retro-fits and streamline the whole production deal. ---It will be interesting to see how much more of the market Honeywell will capture with this concept/product. The main bog down of FAA approval is the electronics. I fully expect to see big deals happen this year, with most deals to be announced at the Paris Airshow this year. OH!
GN---FWIW, Buyouts are extreemly expensive...Remember when Fedex picked up Roadway....They are still in court about the labor thing. BTW,,,They LOST, but have postponed the payout and the restructuring for two years now. ....
