I don't think it fits the rules. It's a shell that is being R/M'd in to and appears to have a boggling short position.

It will skyrocket (it's gone from .0001 to .001 in 10 trading days and it's just getting started), but none of that is on its merits as a company. It's a shell.

Disclosure: I'm in at .0005 and my only regret is I didn't have more available cash to put in.
