Most outstanding share are owned by former shareholders of OTC Wireless and are restricted for at least 3 more years (5 years after Pegasus Wireless acquired OTC Wireless). Float is actually 3.6 million shares AFAIK. Company has not told shareholders what they have done with the 5.5 million shares issued to max out the reverse split. There are no new Form 3 filings to show ownership. We'll find out in the 2006 earnings report. CEO said it would be out by the end of the month in an interview with Bahamas' reporter.
