After his music career he became involved in the corporate world

Served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce; and served as the Vice President of a local Chamber of Commerce chapter

After returning to the music industry he signed renowned saxophonist and Contemporary Christian Artist, Gary Meggs and within 10 days had a top ten hit on the gospel charts. A second top ten hit followed within a few months
