It certainly appears to be the case. I'll post a link that puts Mr. Wetzel with Market Advisors Inc. He is actually listed as heading the company along with Mr. Helleberg...another interesting tidbit at the end of the PR states that Mr. Helleberg WAS a financial advisor from 1983-1999 and that he NO longer provides advice...hmmmm..that deserves a look IMO. My characterization that Wetzel Co-founded Market Advisors may or may not be correct however he does HEAD it up along with Mr. Helleberg.
