That is the 64 million dollar question. I agree with you. The lawsuit would be the main engine for this stock over the near term. Once people see the damages, it will give them an easy way to value the company.

For example, Who would want to sell the stock under a penny if there are 50 cents in damages? Only an idiot would do that.
