#115493 RE: Saint Andrew #115491

St. Andrew, thanks for the heads up

It apperas that the individual attorneys are still in business. However, the overall firm is now defunct. This is not that unusual. It happens everyday in the business world. Usually there is a lead attorney on these matters who "may" still be involved going forward. I also believe that Success posted something awhile back regarding a new firm possibly being involved from Chicago. The question is wheather BP&G handed the case off and it is with a new firm, or if the firm cited by Success was brought in as an independent consultant in negotiating a settlement with ScanBuy.

Success, any help here?

All the Best, JP

Filed in the case vs. ScanBuy on Jan 24th, 2007 (and entered on Pacer etc on 1/29/2007)

It sounds as though Baniak Pine & Gannon split into two different firms (see the addresses on the http://www.bpglaw.com/ site to see what I mean. Some went to the new law firm as detailed in the notice filed 1/240Baniak and Gannon etc went to McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff, Pine went to start his own firm with another lawyer.

Here's the text from Pacer
