It is my understanding that corporations have officers. Sometimes the officers of the companies take over where the CEO is not functional. I was curious if this might be the case?

Be advised that this company will file bankruptcy,and all our money will likely go towards defending Plant,Heaton,and Sullivan.What the Government doesnt sieze outright will be lost.Jim has his home in his mommy's name,but if the Government wishes to attatch it to the case,it,too may be siezed.Make no mistake about it-that lying sack of feces is going to jail.You just dont use the US Government as a platform to defraud investors,and get away with it under normal circumstances,and you DAMN sure dont pluck the heartstrings of investors,using our troops to further your nefarious intent without severe repercussions.Throw in the Homeland Security issue in times such as these,with 9-11 fresh in our minds,and you have indictments which will stick.Things have just begun to heat up under our Jimmy boy,and this thing is growing wings.
