that god-awful, cheap, crappy commercial is one of the few indications that this company could be a total scam. It's so bad I would feel much better if they would lose it. In addition to the total lack of production value, Mr. Bailey is not mr. personality. One would think and hope that this company would be more sensitive to its public image--maybe they know mortgages and are clueless about image, but cheap can speak volumes.
