Here's a thought...
Rather than just "claiming" they are invisible, perhaps you could post a link to some rules/regulations/articles/ history, etc... that indicate such things are kept invisible...

I don´t see how they would not know, since they are arranging the deal.

Yes, so you think that hedge funds could have shorted AMD in addition to the 40M reported by Broker Dealers, but claim that since that would be invisible, we´ll never know...

Well, I´m still surprised that the reported short interest number isn´t higher, "invisible forces" aside...
