I dont think pinks are required to disclose anything. IVFH did nothing but disclose for a year I doubt they are required by the sec to say anything. They stopped even taking phone calls. I wonder why? Mabe too many complaints already. Mabe shareholders should try getting behind them one more time! and give this a shot. Mabe Sam will surprise us with restructuring that would open the door! Mabe all this time of silence thats exactly what he is working on knowing that must come first. I think he said that to a few that did reach him before he stopped answering calls.
