If I recall you were the only one who left that board. You kept talking about arguements you were having with the mgmt at Raging Bull. You were even calling them on the phone. I never reported anyone. I could care less about what a person has to say. I might challenge them but I wouldn't waste my time reporting someone. You were the one calling and sending emails to Raging Bull. You were the one whom seem to take it personal.
Since when is the only way you can follow a stock is to have to purchase millions of shares? You can only comment if you are an owner? You're problem is you can never take someone who criticizes your stock.
