This post and another by you make some pretty wild accusations. They have been restored and I want you to clearly state what you are alleging here. In this post you stated that Big Apple Consulting were "infamous bunko artists." That statement concerned me so I decided to see what the public record says about Big Apple Consulting. Searching the SEC Enforcement area yielded not a single entry. http://tinyurl.com/27ncdb And searching SEC Litigation http://tinyurl.com/295flg yieled a single hit, but for Big Apple Distributors of NYC, not our Big Apple.

Are you aware of the level of investigation that the company undertook to come to the decision that they did? If so please share it. If not, did you ask them that question formally (not on a blog/chat board)? If not, why not?

If you think the above analysis is erroneous, please enlighten the board in detail as to the errors contained in the analysis.

Your questions about the share issuance are clearly listed in the filings for 2006. What is it about the filings that you don't understand?

And finally, you state that Plasticon keeps signing off on "misleading press releases"... another serious charge. Do you expect that any press releases have any basis in fact? If they are totally false, Why hasn't the SEC stepped in to stop such actions?

You take the opportunity to criticise Plasticon in this post, yet you have stated that you are not a shreholder and have no interest in Plasticon's success. So why did you post it? Do you have an interest in Plasticon's falure?
