Divine:
First of all congrats on the mod spot. I must, however, take exception with your comments here about the company surviving.

1) Elaborate schemes such as this 'could' be orchastrated by a single individual if the stars are all aligned properly, which IMO they 'might' have been: a) egotistical CEO b) small # of employees c) internal company perception that the CEO knows all d) tight control of all aspects of the organization e) skilled in Photoshop

2) CKYS is not in a unique spot as a public company (or private for that matter) in default on a supplier contract. I'm not defending JP's actions, but business is business when it comes to suppliers. From Sequim's PR on the topic I seem to recall that CKYS DID PAY 10% up front. Sequim then shipped the first part of the order and invoiced CKYS. CKYS then is late on payment. 90 days late on an invoice is for many companies business as usual. I suspect that Sequim saw the crap going on with CKYS and wanted to get the heck out of Dodge - hence the PR. IMO Sequim would not hesitate to do further business with CKYS, HOWEVER, the payment terms would be negotiated in Sequim's favor.

All of this IMO of course....

I have noticed one thing. Over the past couple of weeks with all the negative news hitting the fan, Sequiam's share price war remained relatively unchanged. One would have assumed it would dropped as well.
