as long as it happens, that's all that matters. the paper way could take three months(obviously they've been working on that prior to todays PR for quite a while), but there are other means. the company can deal with those issues i'm sure, and i'm sure their looking at alternatives.

let's let the market makers worry about that one. either way, "WHEN" it happens we as shareholders will be happy.
