colorado, perfectly good question and no offense taken,

please check all my posts and note that I have not revealed or discussed anything that has not already been released by the company,

I have also disclosed that I own a large position in the stock personally,

the fact that I am working with the company is not illegal,

my stating an opinion of where this company is headed is not illegal,

please understand that I do not have any inside information, the CEO does not share the specific details of any project he is working on, I simply got involved at first because I thought this was a great company,

all I did afterwards is try to help the CEO achieve his goals by introducing him to people I knew well who could help grow his business plans,

from time to time I will express my opinion on how this company is doing based on all of the information available to me or anyone else who takes the initiative to inquire,

there is nothing unethical or illegal in anything I have posted here or will post,

I hope that clears up this issue for you
