imho the reason the drop is small is because of...

Since this is not the first time that E-Digital has sold convertible shares to friendly investors, shareholders are not reacting negatively. Everyone knew that fund raising was required after the larger than expected loss was seen in the last quarterly statement. For the few lucky people who got in on that financing deal it is a no lose situation. They will recover their investments and make profits in multiple ways.

Kevin Diversification is the best method for economic survival in this finacial climate . Personally ,the extra shares which I have accumulated is on the pps swings .Imo ,to go on the open market & purchase shares now ,without some solid information is not a good idea .Again ,my contention is that the future survival of edig would be the expanding APS program with multiple airlines .I truely doubt that edig could turn the revenue /profit corner alone with any Odyssey 1000 royalties .
