well one wonders why they are building a new building. would you build a new facility if you didn't have a pretty good idea you were going to sell some product?
Your assumptions/guesses may or may not be true but they are not what my somewhat educated speculative thinking/reasonong was proclaimating...although I guess I was not proclaiming anything at the moment, but I will when the storm breaks.
