I agree,

We were in an IPO of a bank stock it went up from $1 to over $27 and we made a fortune! The funny part is most here don't think it will or they would have loaded the boat and told all their friends and family! We are loaded and waiting for the signatures!!!!!!!!!

I am not a stock broker!

I concur. This is quite unique.

I wish I could pick up much more, but my other play wiped me out hard. I am waiting on more funds to clear so I can pick up a few more. I really want to pick up another mil, but I don't think I can. Whatever I can pick up at this level will be a blessing.

Once the filings are caught up, I think AERO would want to speed this thing up. The Merger Manager has been assigned to oversee the transition. That's pretty serious business. I am guessing he's pushing AERO to have everything ready so the merger to take place, once FCCN is current.

I am calling Andrew back tomorrow to check on the status of the filings. I doubt he'll say anything as far as an exact day, but it doesn't hurt to try. We'll see tomorrow.

I am thinking to myself about the filings are finally caught up and a PR comes out with AERO taking over the rest...

good morning bellman and fellow fccn shareholders

totally agree...per usual

very familiar
with the ipo route
nothing quite like it
i actually know a few people
who "retired" a couple of years back
due to the tech heyday ipos of '99-'00

that said
a word of caution
for those who may not
comprehend a RM --
name and possible management change
shares restructured etc --

fccn financials enable aero
to move to the next item on the "to do" list

while i hope it goes more quickly
than previously stated
my experience with spec investments
has been that everything takes longer
--
not sure if it's because the sec
is under-staffed and over-whelmed
due to the sarbox regs (which imo)
are financially crippling small
and mid-size companies -- or because
their technology is 20 years out of date...

regardless
the potential here with fccn/aero
reminds me of frpt -- a company
i first got into in the spring of 2003
they uplisted to the naz on 1/18/07

has anyone else on this board
been in a company that has gone this route
and been uplisted to another board -- more quickly?

while i love story stocks
i don't have a lot of time
to follow too many of them...

We are the insiders, those of us with 500K shares plus are going to have a very good 2007. Remember - not too many are even aware that a R/M is happening with Aero. The first thing a lot of brokers, funds, and others will see is that Aero is now public... They haven't seen this part.

We have essentially snuck under the fence here to get the best seats to the show. The fact that the pps is this low is simply a gift. If it were at .10 - .25 right now many if us could not afford the 200 - 1 million share positions.

We're even more inside than Aero employees, there stock will probably be restricted for a year. This is one of those life-changer plays in my opinion.
