Question: with this thing giving the impression of
still trading, will we be able to write-off this as a loss
for this year coming? Can it be considered "worthless" and
still be trading in the eyes of the IRS? Anybody have any
luck starting to write it off for 2006. Not sure what to do
about this. I would like to get this loss written-off so I can
finally say Good-bye to this freakin-nightmare. TIA
