I can tell you this was NOT shorting because it was me that bought those 100K shares at .70 when the bid was at .71. I really couldnt believe it filled the whole order at that price. I really thought the price would go down a little then the order would get filled. How can the price ever go up if they are going to let everyone buy at the bid??????

You didn't short it but the MMs WERE Shorting when they issued you 100K IOUs at .07 to help drive the price down, with no intention of ever sending you the certs...

Hi Overtheedge - I really appreciate you messaging me on that score, thank-you.

You can buy at the bid and sell at the ask (as should always be done when a run is on so as not to curtail it) in this game, it just depends on whether you get filled or not. Thank-you though for the clarification.

I am still not convinced (as some have suggested) that the company is diluting, because why would they shoot themselves in the foot when all the money is coming in. I took some flack this morning from certain quarters when I mentioned that a big client trying to gain a large position will work with a market maker and buy at the bid. I still think that is the most likely reason we have seen all the volume we have seen and no price appreciation as yet.

Just watch it once SIAM have bought the 30 million IMO.
