haven't there been a ton of posts already that have said it is out of the TA's hands? that it is now in the hands of the "regulators" and that it is completely out of the hands of the company and the TA? Haven't there been a ton saying that it can take 4-8 weeks for a change and that the date we were given was approx and was at the 5 week mark? Do you think they are lying or are you just waiting for change so you can sell off all your shares asap? enough calls and emails. i'm telling you, imo, they will start to play games with us if we don't let them do their thing (ex. not so much pr, not giving approx dates, etc). i bet garr wishes he never gave an approx date at this point as it has only caused him heartache from us, the shareholders.
