There are always people who will complain no matter what. People complain about Netflix still. I've had an account myself for years and currently is the best service I've ever had. Items checked in within 2 days shipped and received within 2 days. I've been getting dvd's like clockwork. All I need is time to watch them lol! Try getting the service yourself before relying on lame internet posts for your info.
I agree with Anasta. These people should be subpeoanead or at the least investigated. Something is simply not right! You would have to be completely retarded to screw up a great business such as this that sells itself. Hell, a first year business management student could have done better than these lug nuts!!! I really hope someone buys these guys out because if they don't we are in DEEP DOO DOO. It's not about being impatient and wanting an investment to pay off now any more. It has been over three years. We (the investors) deserve far more than we have gotten up to this point.
