This a very strange stock, my friend. The bid and ask has historically been very stable for a pinkie as long as they aren't diluting which makes it somewhat attractive. It's really not all that volatile, but it does go into long comas.
BUT, on the other hand, sometimes it appears the only real volume happens when they are diluting...which they haven't done for quite some time.
If you wait long enough though at the ask, I'm pretty confident you'll get filled today at some point since you don't have a gigantic order to fill.
