None that I could post w/o deleting myself, LOL - I have no idea what's taking so long.

As it has become obvious that the document are going to be certifications of account balances rather than AF's I don't think it will move the pps anyway.

The credibility factor however...

yeah I read that comment, I don't like these half-ass declarations, MT really needs to impress me here and a broken scanner is not doing it. I am still holding though cause the pps is not where it should be and will be higher someday.
