What really bothers me about this, I am just a peon public employee that has general support staff to do these functions for me.

PNMS, we have a CEO of a Multi-Bucks Corporation that sits on a pc with an hp scanner that does not work, tic...tic...tic...

Is this CEO so tight monetarily that he could not run to a copy center and Contract Out this service for say, $25?
