I'm sure YOU do understand his point. But, obviously, hundreds of thousands of investors - maybe even millions - don't. I would bet that (if not a majority) a large percentage of people that invest in penny stocks do so because they believe they are "cheap" with a complete lack of appreciation for the percentage issue.
