UPBS -The up trend Is do to option signs I guss this is way the pull back down
US$2,000,000 private placement but to much playing IMO with the shares structure.
Also it look like they play with there shares, Company has converted the debenture so they $800,000 Debt free .
Must say not my favorite.
on the chart there is more room to go up to 1.60 if the management wont screw there control in the stock

SOEN- reversal down today new support 1.20 MACD/CMF still look good .
I prefer this one better only because TA stronger then fundamentals for short term if she pulls back more.
