First of all, your account bears no significance whatsoever to the matter at hand with the OSC allegations, and no one has accused you of doing anything criminal. Have you even looked at the trading records which have been published? You may be astonished at what you see.

As to letting the courts decide and why "you guys are so bent on conviction without the courts":

Do you have an opinion as to whether there was any criminal wrongdoing committed by any of the parties accused in the OSC complaint? If so, what is your opinion?

Whatever your opinion is, I have also formed my opinion, which is that all or most of what the OSC has alleged is true. You are also entitled to have your opinion, whatever it is.

That's all it is, a difference of opinion. And the OSC will decide the truth, despite either of our opinions. In the meantime, we each have a right to hold to our own.
