I personally liked the pr. At least he is getting other things going while he works out the microcars thing. And I dont see alot of dumping by people holding but I do see people holding to see what happens. I for one am glad he has other things going and am hoping for the best.

So is the new company, assuming we ever close on it, going to be a subsidiary and if so what do the shareholders get? 54G goes into that co per month?
