Paul Bickford - Chariman/Business Affairs
Paul is a Business man and Entrepreneur. He is a member of various Boards, both Government and Private and a member of BAFTA.
Paul is also the Group Chairman of Media Partnership Group LLP. Previously Paul has spent several years in senior positions within Merchant and Retail Banking in Europe before spreading his wings in the wider business world, which he has been a keen participant in for the last 18 years. Amanda Groom - Director
Amanda has a 20 year track record in television, web and print. Her former roles include Head of Channel Health, Sky platform; Executive Producer, Pearson (Feemantle) Television; Head of Content for TWI/IMG (NOW) Network of the World. As Executive Producer, Amanda headed two high profile and ratings-leading series for Austrailian Networks, Nine and Ten, Sex Life and Good Medicine.
Amanda has deisgned numerous pan-European/global television formats and has developed cross-platform digital content strategies for interactive television, web and mobile. Amanda has senior production credits with Sky, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Beyond International, Pearson, Network Nine and Ten and consults for the National Geographic Channel and the UK governments Department of Health. mailto:amanda@eggshellme.com
Trevor Dolby - Director
Trevor served as Non-Executive Director of Maverick Television for 5 years growing the company from a turn over of 5000,000 to the 15th largest UK independent production house with a t/o of 7.5m.
For 25 years Trevor has been an editor and publisher having held positions of Publishing Director of Non-Fiction at Orion Publishing and Publisher and Managing Director of Harper Collins Entertainment. In 2003, Trevor won Editor and Imprint of the Year award at the British Book Awards.
Trevors 'credits'/celebrity autobiographies and TV tie-ine include U2 by U2, Gordon Ramsey's autobiography Humble Pie and Whicker's War, Matt Lucas and David Walliams as well as bestselling Python's Autobiography. Additionally he publishes Baroness Julia Neuberger's The Moral State We're In and whilst at Orion, Dave Pelzer's ground-breaking trilogy. Trevor is entered in Debrett's People of Today from 2001 to the present.

Steven Gower - Director
Joint creator of It's Now Or Never for ITV1 2006, Steven's credits include Associate Producer on You are What You Eat and My Gay Prom for Channel 4 and No Waste Like Home for BBC2. In 2004 Steven travelled the world on Jane Goldman Investigates for LivingTV, Haunted Homes for ITV and Roadies 2 for UKTV. Steven has credits in Australia on MTV and Network Ten and in the UK on ITV, UKTV Style, UKTV People, LivingTV and the Thomas Cook Travel Channel. A media studies graduate of Swinburne University, Australia, Steven has 12 years experience in TV production working in Australia, the UK and abroad. Ricky Dyer - Director
In 2006 Ricky made his screen debut as reporter and hosting the controversial I Love Being... documentary (60mins) for the BBC. He now makes regular appearences on TV, radio and in print talking about his work at the BBC. He is joint creator of It's Now Or Never for ITV1, 2006 - now with global sales.
