If Jim was willing to put out false PR's in the past, wouldn't suprise me if he put out false or misleading ones now. Yes, he is digging a deeper hole if that is so - but apparently he made some dumb mistakes in the past.
I am open to the possibility, however, that this has been naked shorted (possibly by Jim or Jim's friends, or other insiders would be my guess. Wouldn't suprise me if it was an MM or one of Jim's friends.).
