SO guys, u can just trade the stock just the way it is, without taking these certs?

If so what do the certs gaurantee that keeping and just selling the shares don't.

In my mind if i sit here and i see PNMS go up to .02 down the road i would trade then cause that would be a nice profit for me, however i could keep some shares in incase it wants to go beyond that. But if i own certs, i wont be able to just trade them correct, cause their a longterm type of investment?
