The need for SEC reform should be top priority. Most peculiar that the masses do not do anything strong enough about it, given that we live in a capitalistic society and all.

Seems to me, at least in part, to be a case where 'the powers that be' control SO much, that even the media is limited as to how far they can run with the topic of corruption in the lower levels of the stock market.

The truly sad part about it all is that small business (a foundation of America) is forced to be even smaller because of the greed of the few elite.

Most counterproductive and non-conducive to our whole integrated capitalistic society.

Worse yet, when the weight of small business is needed in the future, Americans will find small business has been starved of growthability merely because of this selfish hunger of the top 1%.

If only small business had a level field to play on, it would certainly trickle down to a healthier economy both here and abroad.
