Sorry, but you seem confused. I never posted that anyone would be found "innocent." You seem a bit confused as to criminal vs. civil matters.

Go back and read my post. I wrote about remedies for shareholders and the way that this could play out.

And you are completely wrong as far as how the process plays out. (Do some research on "accord and satisfaction" in criminal cases. So far this is not a criminal case, but that's an example where you are wrong even in your discussion if criminal matters were involved. For those who lie about posts and posters, I'm not saying this won't or shouldn't or may not be a criminal matter.) As for civil matters, restitution and disgorgement are possible "ways out" for those in deep with regulatory authorities.

Again, don't put words in my mouth. I'm not condoning or forgiving, just trying to get some practical discussion that may help shareholders. I'm also not trying to do anything but start a little discussion about topics that might help others.

I'll leave the characterizations and accusations to you. I won't waste your time further.

I've been involved with the Sljb drama. I don't post much but imho I wonder if this is more of a "rape" case. Did a 20+ year old company try to achieve the American dream just to see it raped with "naked"shorting, off shore hedge funds and mms or brokers driving elbolate cars.

I would think that the majority of long investors here originally invested because of the dd on the board and to make our lives and those of our childrens better. Why are some of the penny stocks being shorted and raided? Politics? Education? Deception? Greed?

Are any of you behind it? If so, it is killing a free will of the American dream. How can anyone pursue the dream of education, wealth and the pursuit of happiness unless you get paid for it. If you get paid please pm me your $$$$ per hour so that I may put a perspective on what my loss is as compared to your gain.


Please, we need to make things better for our children, ourselves and our country. If you are taking ill gotten monies for what you are doing there is a better way. Please call crime stoppers for your reward. TIA
