ABSD: The funny thing is that this stock will probably explode upwards for no good reason whatsoever while another pinksheet stock that is actually a legitimate revenue earning business will either languish or continue to plummet. I've seen this too many times. The pinksheet arena doesn't seem to care too much about a company's fundamentals. So the fact that ABSD is cash poor is pretty much a mute point as far as most pinksheet players are concerned.
If a person wants to invest in a "safe" fundamentally sound company, then I would hope that the pinksheet stocks are the last place that they would look.
If ABSD is an empty shell, then who knows what could happen to the stock price after a reverse merger takes place. I've seen that work out nicely for investors in a few cases. Anyway, all of this is just my own opinion, and it is up to the individual to do their own research and make their own decisions.
