I think black means "standing still" at level of yesterday. Is this right?

a white candle with a black outline means the stock opened at or above the previous day's closing price, and closed above the same day's opening price.

a white candle with a red outline means the stock opened below the previous day's closing price and closed below the previous day's closing price but above the same day's opening price.

a black candle with a black outline means the stock opened above the previous day's closing price and closed at or above the previous day's closing price, but below the same day's opening price.

a red candle with a red outline means the stock opened at, above, or below the previous day's closing price, but closed below the previous day's closing price and below the same day's opening price.
