Not only have I read the filings and judgement but I also read the 185 page deposition of Gunderson as well as the 160 page deposition of Mr Altomare which I doubt you bothered to do and he had perfectly viable answers to all questions .It's the judge who has the final say as to what is allowed and what isn't and if he has a positive bias toward the SEC then naturally he will rule in the SEC's favor which he did. Do you own stock in this company or are you here to antagonize stockholders into selling their shares at a loss ? I have noticed your posts in the past and you have not said one positive thing about this stock other than cheering about it's posible demise.If you do not have a stake here then what's your point? You obviously have a vested interest in seeing this 23 year-old company disappear and indirectly causing a negative slant against USXP to drive the PPS down. I sincerely hope people here understand about you and your intentions and make their own decisions with regard to their investments.
