It seems that, even if the market manipulation is exposed, as it often is, NOTHING gets done about it! Maybe a slap on the hand, a small fine.. then the problem gets pushed back into a dark corner again. I don't know what it's going to take, to REALLY make the SEC DO something about it! They're more worried about the NYSE, ASE, Nasdaq, which is understandable, but I think they need to be equally concerned about MMs in ALL the markets.. not just the big 3. And seriously, it's here in the pinksheets and OTCBB where the real problems are. What's it going to take? It's truly a sin that it can keep going like this and the SEC turns a blind eye to it. It may be the penny market, but it's not just pennies that go into it. And it's not just pennies that get robbed from so many, day in and day out.
Hopefully soon, after their pockets are full, they'll let ETIM run to bigger and better. All this good news, all the PRs, all the publicity.. they can't keep the stranglehold on it forever!
