umbra, the only way for your statement that I am replying to could happen is for Offor to sell Chrome to ERHE, thus ERHE regains ownership of 310M shares that they could then sell to a buyin partner.

Offor is not going to do that. Offor is going to do what benefits Offor the most.

Are you suggesting that ERHE will execute a buyback of "some" of Chrome's ERHE shares to acquire non-dilutive shares for a buyin? At what price? ERHE is not cash rich you know. Do you believe Offor would part with 160M shares to give a non-perfect majority control to a buyin partner? That's what is going to be required to entice a buyin. Even at 50 cents that still $80M ERHE doesn't have.

Can you explain your post? Will you?
