I agree to a point, but I can also see the need to keep the intracasies of funding operations under hat to a degree as to not tip your hand to the competition until things are accomplished. They have signaled the need to raise 3-5m in their communications to the shareholders via the disclosure.

Normally I would have fled as most investors would have until the dust settles, (And that is what usually happens.) I feel confident though, that the product/services will more than compensate for the temporary addition of shares.

I guess I have a question then...

I would like know when the dilution actually took place? If we look at the chart, I guess I don't really see when the 200mil was sold? If it was in the last month or two, then there might be an silver lining to this... The SP remained more or less the same even with all the dilution. Is there really that little people selling? Is what we've seen just the dilution taking place?
