New buyers can move RSHN. But what I see now is old guard just averaging down. There's still too much bullishness for lows to be put in. Capitulation puts this @ .0003 x .0004 to clean out the stables and bring in new blood. Just my opinions.

I suspect Bob is using the $ he's making by selling shares to hit the ask just once in a while to create the illusion some one is buying!..imo
