If anything they will appeal to a higher court.Not sure that it will be the Supreme Court .I ,or any one else wouldnt think that the motion to reconsider would be overturned at that level.This is not done yet and I believe Altomare is still the CEO and will be for a while.

No, and it is doubtful an appellate court would even take the case.
