I think his house might be in his mothers name. Hope he didn't spend all the money from diluting.

Long Ago - I looked up the value of his house

It was like $150k or around there.

gold, he probably posted the house for bail, in case he skips bail plus other assets.

Someone said the house may be in wife/mothers name
but the FEDS see thru that real quick if it was purchased by
using funds obtained during the Commission of this crime(s).
Pretty soon, his only thought will be how to find more cash and assests to put up for RESTITUTION
Why ?

For a lighter sentence - He is facing 35 years.
No parole.
So, even if the FEDS don't find everything, if they know it is out there, (such as Swiss Bank Account)
They will convince him to find it or the sentence will be
toward the MAXIMUM -
that works as a good incentive.
