The problem with your scenario is that Sequiam never received the money. Cyberkey announced a purchase order from Sequiam and did not abide by the payment terms.

Best thing about all of this is that Sequiam wasn't dependent on Cyberkey as most of the posters on this board had the relationship completely turned around.

Sequiam has real products and real relationships. As was stated weeks ago. Who would you like to have as a reseller of your product. Black and Decker or Cyberkey?

I feel sorry for you guys but Cyberkey is done in my opinion. If you feel so strongly that Cyberkey has good products then you should all buy Sequiam.
