My conclusions are based simply on the filing.

I think the facts are straight. 104 million shares for a close to $10 million two year loan paying 12% interest.

What else is there?

The principals have not been named, their business acumen is speculation unless you have insider information.

I still think this is a great long term investment, but I wonder about its short term performance when people grasp the new share structure.
