Yes, I did read the wrong line on the CC Winstones. I'm also convinced that PowerNow was messing with their results, because a review of a 1.8 GHz Athlon 64 laptop in September had a lot of problems with Powernow, but eventually got much higher results than Anand. BTW, the Powernow problems have more to do with benchmark performance than real-life performance. The benchmarks simply report incorrect results because they can't measure the runtimes properly. But to be safe, I wouldn't buy an Athlon 64 notebook at this point, until the true mobile chip is released.
