I think your asking if a Reverse split can project a company exchange move. If this is your question, the answer is NO.

Only company business execution can. Remember your posting about a sub penny!!! And a pink one at that. How can you say the financials are in order? There are no SEC filings to see financials!

Basically without known financials, most reverse splits by pinks are done for the wrong reasons, not the correct reason.

I can't say with SEVI, because I can't see audited financials in SEC filing!
