That's real simple rrm... a massive Reverse Split is on the way and in the works.

your choices:

a) tender all of your Free trading Shares for preffered restricted non trading shares.....

b) a 1 for 10,000 or greater RS..

This will be discussed at the Share holders meeting in preparation for "Seeking application to the Amex".

Of course the share holders will applaud Turek for this wonderful display of bringing share holder value and will overwhelming vote yes!

Of course once the split of exchange of shares takes place. The listing on the Amex will never take place!
