Regulation may be 15 days to cover, but I've seen cases where some just don't get covered. Some for months, and I think a couple for years. Look at MDTL.. 401 days, NFLD at 231 days. I think it's improved since the SEC has cracked down on alot of problems with the MM's, etc., but I honestly can't answer. It looks like they covered last month, since it's only 14 days again. How many shares are we short this time?
